Every candidate must fill up the online Admission Form by clicking the 'GO' button at the bottom of this page and take a printout for submission to College Authority at the time of admission

Fees: Total fees to be paid at the time of admission is Rs 6,600/- ( Tuition fees for 1st Semester - Rs 4500/-, Admission fees – Rs 1000/-, Caution deposit – Rs 1000/- and Union fees – Rs 100/-). Fees are to be deposited in cash during admission. Rs 5500/- is adjustable (for upgradation to Govt College of West Bengal)/refundable on upgradation/ seat cancellation within permissible time limit.

Medical Certificate: Every candidate must bring a Medical Certificate in the proforma given here before reporting for admission. MC is to be issued by Registered Allopathic Doctor (click here to download the form for M.C).

Every candidate must fill up the Anti Ragging pledge document and submit the signed copy at the time of admission (click here for downloading the Anti Ragging form)

Parent/Guardian of every candidate also must sign and submit a separate Anti Ragging pledge document at the time of admission (click here for downloading the anti Ragging document for parents)

Candidtaes are required to fill up the 'Discontinuation Bond' on Non Judicial Stamp Paper of not less than Rs. 100/-, as per proforma given in wbmcc website (Click here).

The Candidate should also bring the following certificate/s, if applicable:
(a) SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority (in the standard format as specified in the prospectus/information bulletin) and it should be in English or Hindi in language. Sub caste should be clearly mentioned in the certificate. In case the certificate is in regional language the candidate should carry one attested translated copy of the certificate in English/ Hindi.
(b) OBC certificate issued by the competent authority during 2021 or later. The sub- caste should tally with the Central List of OBC. The OBC candidates should not belong to Creamy Layer to claim OBC reservation benefit. The OBC certificate must be in the standard format as mentioned in the prospectus/ Information Bulletin.
Non Creamy Layer (NCL) and EWS certificate, as applicable, must be issued on or after 01.04.2023.
(c) Disability Certificate issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board (at IPGMER, Kolkata). No other PWD certificate, issued by any other Authority/Hospital will be entertained.
Original 10+2 mark sheet, original pass certificates, original admit card, medical certificate, Domicile certificate (for State quota) will be retained by the college office against a receipt. This receipt has to be retained carefully during the entire duration of course, for withdrawal of original documents at completion of course. For submission of these documents please bring a transparent plastic folder with name of the candidate and NEET Roll number labeled.
Hostel allotment will be done after completion of entire admission process only.
