INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADMISSION TO PG COURSES THROUGH ALL INDIA QUOTA AT N R S MEDICAL COLLEGE, KOLKATA.

Documents required (original and one self attested photocopy) to be furnished at the time of reporting for admission –

1.    NEET PG Admit Card
2. NEET PG Rank Letter
3. NEET PG Allotment Letter
4. Any two ID Cards of Candidate (EPIC / Aadhar / Passport)
5. Age Proof ( Birth Certificate / Class 10 Admit Card / Class 10 Certificate)

6. Higher Secondary /Equivalent examination   (both mark sheet & certificate)

7. MBBS Degree Certificate
8. 3rd Professional MBBS Part II Mark-sheet
9. Permanent/ Provisional Registration Certificate (as applicable)
10. Caste certificate / EWS Certificate (as applicable). OBC with NCL certificate as well as EWS certificate should be updated or issued after 01.04.2022.

11. PWD Certificate from MCC AUTHORISED INSTITUTIONS.

 12 . Internship Completion Certificate (as applicable)
13. Proof of previous Degree / Diploma Certificate with completion date (As applicable)
14. Indemnity Bond & Discontinuation Bond prepared locally on non judicial stamp paper of not less than Rs. 100 (For format of bond click here)

15. Filled up and signed copy of online application form by clicking the 'Go' button below

16. TWO COPIES RECENT COLOUR PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOS.

17. Willingness for up-gradation is applicable only for first round counseling of All India Quota.

Fees to be paid: Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only) with the following break up –

• Admission Fees Rs. 2000/- (nonrefundable)
• Tuition Fees for six months Rs. 6000/-
• Caution Money Rs. 10,000/-
• Log Book fee: Rs.2000/.
